EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

MJ's educational journey reflects a lifelong pursuit of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning. Raised in India, he developed a strong academic foundation at an early age, complemented by diverse extracurricular experiences that nurtured leadership, discipline, and resilience. His formative years at Mayo College, one of India's most prestigious boarding schools, exposed him to opportunities in science, mathematics, sports, music, and leadership, helping shape a well-rounded perspective.

His academic achievements extended beyond the classroom. He represented India at the International Mathematics Olympiad, participated in international educational programs, and cultivated interests in foreign languages, music, athletics, and scientific innovation. After pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA - Equivalent to US CPA) and earning a Bachelor of Commerce, he moved to the United States to pursue graduate education.

At the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, Manuj completed both a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration, earning Dean's List recognition for academic excellence. These programs strengthened his expertise in finance, strategic leadership, organizational management, and professional development while providing an international perspective on business and higher education.

Today, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Higher Education Administration) at the Warner School of Education, where his work focuses on student success, institutional effectiveness, thought leadership, and educational innovation. Alongside his doctoral studies, he serves as a Certified Researcher, Co-Chair of the Higher Education Students Association, and recipient of the Education 2.0 Award. His educational journey reflects not only academic achievement but also a commitment to lifelong learning and the belief that education is a powerful catalyst for creating positive societal impact.
